First up, we’d like to express our HUGE thanks for all of your incredible support over the past couple of years – thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
Unfortunately, after lengthy discussions and having done all of our background checks, we have made the tough decision to increase our prices – something we have not done since starting two years ago, despite launching mid-lockdown and with the ever-evolving energy price increases.
We hope you understand and continue to support us in everyway. The new prices are now showing on our website and will come into effect from May 01, 2023, and will be capped until the remainder of the year. If you have already booked with us and confirmed a date beyond then, the previous prices quoted will still stand. Bookings, however, from today will take on the new charges.
In case you are also unaware, we no longer offer free collection for addresses beyond five miles from our premises. If you live further afield and require a collection please do contact us for an exact quote. All bookings that require pick-up and return (even those close to us) need to state this at the time of booking, as only limited collection appointments will be available each week and usually are the first to get booked up.
